Document Plus is committed to providing high-quality, customizable digital templates for solo entrepreneurs and contractors. Because our products are digital downloads, we offer a limited refund policy as outlined below.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold by Document Plus are digital files (Word and PDF templates) delivered electronically. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical issue (e.g., failed download link).

  • You accidentally purchased the same item more than once.

  • The file is corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Minor design preferences or formatting issues that do not affect usability.
